The intersection of criminal law and immigration law

Archive

After regularly updating crimmigration.com from January 2009 until November 2022, I have stopped doing so. I hope you continue to benefit from the blog as an archive. For up-to-date information about my work, visit ccgarciahernandez.com. – César

Two-week hiatus

Updates to crImmigration.com will be on hold for two weeks while I focus on a few other commitments. I’m finishing up a second academic article on Padilla (the first is available on SSRN) and writing one shorter piece on Padilla. I’m also trying to get ready for the start of the semester. I’ll be teaching Immigration and Naturalization and Torts I. New blog entries will resume August 16.

You are doing extremely great job for domicile related matter, which is most important for non citizen, who prefer to live in the U.S.and stay away to form the government. Perhaps you are capable of understanding the totality of systematic repression, which does not necessarily do direct physical harm but none the less it is a violation of personhood by depersonalizing and people.
Immigration laws play an important role in human life.
I thank you very much for your kindness towards the immigrants society in the United states.
    God bless you.
