ABA Journal: crImmigration.com is among 100 best blawgs; vote to make it a favorite

The ABA Journal selected crImmigration.com as one of its top 100 law blogs of 2012. I am honored to receive this recognition. Now that the editors have made their picks, the ABA Journal is asking readers to vote for their favorites in each of the 15 categories included in the Sixth Annual Blawg 100. Considering taking a minute to vote for crImmigration.com by going to the ABA Journal‘s web site where you will find it listed in the “niche” category. Voting ends at close of business on December 21, 2012, and is open to anyone.

I voted for the crimmigration blog. I hope that it raises awareness and assists families from going through the hell that my family has and is still going through. Due to lack of knowledge on the part of criminal attorneys and public defenders, they advise their immigrant clients to act agains their own best interests. The lives of immigrants are ruined by unconstitutional deportation, not to mention the lives of their innocent US citizen children and other family members involved.

First of all congratulations for your achievement. I have question on the legitimacy of the use of criminal law and what are the instruments to control migration.
