The University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where I teach, is hosting the first “Crimmigration Law & Policy Workshop: Immigration Detainers” on Saturday, March 29. Organized by Professor Christopher Lasch, who has written extensively about detainers (see here, here, here, and here), the day-long event will include leading advocates and academics from around the country.
